Our story is one of growth and unwavering commitment to our mission: equipping students spiritually, academically, professionally, and cross-culturally for their God-given careers and callings.
Formerly Southwestern Assemblies of God University, in 2024, the institution was renamed Nelson University after members of the Board of Regents enthusiastically voted to change the name in honor of the founder, P.C. Nelson.
Nelson University offers over 70 majors within 3 core colleges: Bible & Church Ministries, Business & Education, and Music & Communication Arts.
